Training for organisations and educational institutions

We help create a safe, respectful and equal environment. Preventing sexism, harassment and gender-based violence.

Creating change together

The aim of this training is to help organisations and educational institutions create a safe, respectful and equal environment. The training focuses on preventing sexism, harassment and gender-based violence, strengthening the psychological wellbeing of women and girls, and recognising and managing contemporary risks related to the digital space and artificial intelligence.

The programme is designed to be easily adapted to different sectors, organisation sizes and audiences.

The result is a clear, coherent and easily adaptable training framework suitable for businesses, educational institutions and the public sector.

Target audiences and sectors

Large companies and corporations

The training is relevant for organisations seeking to strengthen their workplace culture, reduce reputational and legal risks and ensure a safe working environment. It is especially suited to technology, IT, finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, logistics and state-owned companies.

The education sector

The programme is adapted for schools, gymnasiums, vocational schools, universities and youth centres. It emphasises bullying and harassment prevention, strengthening emotional wellbeing and developing educators' competencies.

Small and medium-sized businesses

This includes beauty and aesthetics service providers, sports clubs, creative agencies, retail and startups. The training helps build a healthier team atmosphere, strengthen reputation and make up for limited HR resources.

The public sector and NGOs

The training is aimed at municipalities, youth organisations, social service institutions and NGOs. These institutions often have funding for prevention programmes and clear gender equality and safety goals.

Main training areas

01

Attitudes towards women and gender stereotypes

This area covers sexist jokes, discriminatory language and microaggressions encountered in everyday settings, the objectification of women in the workplace and public space, and psychological and physical abuse. It also examines new risks related to artificial intelligence, such as deepfakes, the creation of sexualised content and virtual harassment.

Participants learn to recognise harmful behaviour patterns, understand their impact on organisational culture and take real action to change them.

The psychological wellbeing of teenage girls and young women

This area is aimed at teachers, staff of educational institutions and youth organisations. It focuses on emotional and psychological health, the impact of social media on self-esteem and body image, bullying and harassment prevention, and creating psychological safety in the classroom and youth settings.

The training provides practical tools that help recognise risks in time and respond appropriately to difficult situations.

03

This area explores the legal definitions of gender-based violence and harassment, organisations' responsibilities, internal policies and response mechanisms.

Significant attention is given to intervention methods, bystander engagement and introducing support structures.

How we work

Training outreach strategy

The training is offered through direct contact with HR specialists and managers, LinkedIn communication, emails, free introductory webinars and referrals. We reach out to HR managers, team leaders, school administrations and municipal education departments.

Action plan

Several standardised training programmes are prepared, a professional proposal document is created, a methodology with practical exercises and scenarios is developed, pilot training sessions are held and feedback is gathered. Training can be delivered both in person and remotely.
